Appointments
Appointments are generally available Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM and Friday from 8:00 am to noon.

If you are traveling from a lengthy distance to see us, or would like to be evaluated for orthotics on your first visit,  be sure to let the receptionist know. To make an appointment, call 206-344-3808 or see above for our online appointment request form.

Your First Visit
New patients can make their first visit easier by completing new patient forms before they come into the office.  If you have completed the forms, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you have not completed the forms, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment. 

Making it convenient to get outstanding care

  • Emergent referrals—including fractures, ankle sprains, ingrown toenails, etc — seen within one day.  Please let our receptionist know the nature of the problem. 

  • Early morning appointments available

  • Most insurance accepted and filed
